London City Lionesses secured a place in the WSL for the first time in their history after drawing 2-2 with Birmingham City on the final day of last season to clinch the second-tier title.
The club is the first fully independent team to compete in the top flight of women’s football having broken away from Millwall in 2019.
Manager: Jocelyn Prêcheur
Former Paris Saint-Germain manager Jocelyn Prêcheur joined London City Lionesses on a three-year contract ahead of the 2024/25 season.
He guided them to promotion to the WSL in just his first campaign, following plenty of success elsewhere.
Prêcheur led Chinese Women's Super League side Jiangsu Suning to a historic quadruple in 2019 and took PSG to the UEFA Champions League semi-finals in the 23/24 season, and is now ready to bring the Lionesses to new heights.
