West Ham finished ninth last year in a season which saw forward Shekiera Martinez burst onto the scene after the German netted 10 league goals – the joint-third highest in the league behind Alessia Russo and Khadija Shaw.
The Hammers' best-ever WSL finish came three years ago when they finished sixth, while they also reached the Adobe Women’s FA Cup Final in 2019.
Manager: Rehanne Skinner
Rehanne Skinner became the first female manager of West Ham in the professional era when she was appointed in 2023.
Before moving to East London, the 45-year-old had built up nearly 20 years of managerial experience, including a three-year stint at Tottenham Hotspur.
At the Hammers, Skinner has done well leading West Ham to the semi-finals of the League Cup in 2024-25.
Skinner will be looking to help the Hammers move up the table after they finished ninth in 2024/25, only five points behind fifth, which would have been a record finish in the WSL era.
