Promoter
The promoter for the purpose of this promotion (the “Promotion”) is Women’s Super League Football Limited, a company limited by guarantee (registered no. 15675947) whose registered office is at 2 Woodbridge Street, London, England, EC1R 0DG (“Women’s Super League Football”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

Governing Terms
The Promotion is governed by: (i) the terms and conditions set out below; and (ii) the Women’s Super League Football – Terms and Conditions (the “T&Cs”), a copy of which can be found here. Together, these constitute the “Terms and Conditions”. By entering the Promotion, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the Terms and Conditions.

How to Enter

To be entered into the Promotion you must, between 12:00 on 3 November 2025 and 12:00 on 10 November 2025 (the “Entry Period”), complete and submit the competition entry form available here.

If the above condition is not satisfied within the Entry Period, your entry will not be valid.

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter.

Eligibility

The Promotion is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United Kingdom. Entrants under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to enter. If an entrant under the age of 18 is selected as the Winner, the Prize will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian, who must accompany the Winner for all elements of the Prize.

The following are not eligible to participate in or win the Promotion:

  • Registered players under contract with any Barclays Women’s Super League or Barclays Women’s Super League 2 club;

  • Employees, contractors, officers and directors of Women’s Super League Football and its group companies, and members of their immediate families or households;

  • Employees, contractors, officers and directors of any company involved in the administration or promotion of the Promotion or the provision of the Prize, and their immediate families or households.

Entries must be made personally. Third-party, automated, bulk or incomplete entries will not be accepted.

Prize

There will be one (1) winner (the “Winner”).

The Winner will receive:

  • Two (2) hospitality tickets to Manchester City vs Manchester United on 15 November 2025;

  • Travel for two persons; and

  • Accommodation for one night.

The specific hospitality package, travel arrangements and accommodation details (including hotel grade, room type, travel method and timing) shall be determined at our sole discretion in consultation with Women's Super League Football Limited. We reserve the right to determine, amend or vary all logistical arrangements.

The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash or other alternative is available. We may substitute the Prize (or any part of it) with one of equal or greater value if required.

The Winner is responsible for any costs or expenses not expressly stated as included in the Prize, including but not limited to travel insurance, meals, additional transport, and personal expenses.

If the match is postponed, rescheduled or cancelled, we shall not be obliged to provide any alternative prize.

Selection of the Winner

The Winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within 72 hours of the end of the Entry Period.

The Winner will be notified by telephone and/or email using the contact details submitted at entry.

The Winner must respond and confirm acceptance of the Prize within 48 hours of being notified. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture, and an alternative eligible entrant may be selected at our discretion.

Publicity

By entering, you agree that, if selected as the Winner, we may use your name, likeness and county of residence for reasonable publicity and promotional purposes relating to the Promotion, without additional compensation. You may withdraw this consent at any time, but withdrawal may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

Data Protection

Personal data will be processed solely for the purposes of administering the Promotion and in accordance with our Privacy Notice (available here). We will not share your data with third parties except where necessary for the administration of the Promotion or where required by law.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, disappointment or injury suffered by any entrant or the Winner arising from entering the Promotion or accepting the Prize.

Cancellation and Variation

We reserve the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Promotion where circumstances make this unavoidable. If we suspect that an entrant has breached these Terms and Conditions, we may disqualify their entry.

Conflict in Terms

If there is any conflict between these terms and the Women’s Super League Football – Terms and Conditions, these terms shall prevail.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual disputes arising from them) are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
