Ipswich Town were the standout performers in the FA Women's National League Southern Premier Division, beating Hashtag United to the title by six points.
This season will see the Tractor Girls play in the second tier for the first time in the club's history and are managed by Joe Sheehan.
Manager: Joe Sheehan
Joe Sheehan led Ipswich Town to the FA WNL Southern Premier Division title in 2024/25, spearheading a dominant campaign.
Ipswich finished six points clear at the summit after winning 17 of their 22 league games, a career highlight for their long-serving manager who has been at the helm for more than six years.
Sheehan started his coaching career as U16 Head Coach at the Essex FA in 2014, before he earned his first role with Ipswich in 2017 as Women's Academy Manager.
Initially, Sheehan worked in a voluntary role at the club before becoming full-time, and had come close to promotion with the Tractor Girls in 2022/23. On that occasion, they were pipped to the post by Watford, but now he has achieved his goal and will lead Town in the second tier.
