Brighton had an impressive home record last year, losing only twice at the Broadfield Stadium, beating both Arsenal and Aston Villa 4-2 and holding champions Chelsea and Manchester United to 1-1 draws along the way.

The Seagulls have been in existence since 1967 and reached the semi-finals of the Adobe Women’s FA Cup nine years later.

Manager: Dario Vidosic

Dario Vidosic took the helm on the south coast last summer and guided Brighton & Hove Albion to a record fifth-place finish.

The Australian manager did so with a stubborn adherence to attacking football that produced brilliant football at times.

Vidosic, who previously led Melbourne City to the A-League Women title, works alongside his father Rado, who is the head of women’s and girls’ coaching at the club.
