Defender arrives from Paris Saint-Germain
Arsenal are delighted to announce the signing of Élisa De Almeida on a permanent deal.
The 28-year-old defender joins us from French side Paris Saint-Germain, where she made 154 appearances and scored three goals across a five-year spell.
“I'm so excited to join Arsenal,” said Élisa. “This is a very big club and I can’t wait to get started. I grew up watching Arsenal and seeing French players wear this jersey, so I’m proud to take this step. I’m looking forward to playing in front of our supporters and experiencing the special atmosphere they have created.”
