A Brighton & Hove Albion core features in Izzy’s Team, with Chiamaka Nnadozie, Moeka Minami, Fran Kirby and Madison Haley, having overcome Barclays WSL league leaders Manchester City 3-2, handing them their third league loss of the season, and preventing their visitors from a potential trophy lift in their final home game of the season this coming weekend. Haley scoring two goals proving the Seagulls with a two-goal cushion.

There is also two Tottenham defenders included, Ella Morris and Toko Koga, for their superb display against Manchester United limiting them to just one big chance throughout the game in a 0-0 draw. And the defence is wrapped up with London City Lionesses’ full back Poppy Pattinson as they came from a goal behind to beat Leicester 5-1.

Pattinson is one of three London City Lionesses players to feature, alongside midfielder Grace Geyoro and Isobel Goodwin, who both got on the scoresheet, with Goodwin also supplying the assist for Geyoro’s goal. Fran Kirby (Brighton & Hove Albion) and Erin Cuthbert (Chelsea) make up the other two midfield spots as they both added to their goal contributions this seasons with two assists from Kirby, and a goal and an assist from Cuthbert as Chelsea ran out 4-1 winners at Everton.

Rounding off the team is the ever-illusive Sam Kerr scoring Chelsea’s first and second goal of the afternoon, either side of Everton’s equaliser, taking her tally up to five in the league.
