Blues welcome Michaela Kovacs

Birmingham City Women have completed the signing of American defender Michaela Kovacs until the end of the 2025/26 season, subject to international clearance and WSL2 approval.

Kovacs said “I’m very excited to get started. It’s been a really warm welcome from the minute I got off the plane to meeting everyone here. It’s been fantastic so far.

“The ambition here is clear, and I want to be part of pushing Birmingham City back to where it belongs."
