Winners

Chelsea won the Barclays Women's Super League for the eighth time in 2025 and their invincible season was the sixth time the Londoners had won the title in a row. Arsenal were the first winners of the WSL in 2011 and the Gunners have been crowned champions on three occassions. Liverpool and Manchester City are the other clubs to have won the league with two and one championships respectively.
London City Lionesses are the reigning Barcalys Women's Super League 2 champions and Sunderland were the maiden winners in 2014. Manchester United earned promotion to the WSL by topping the second tier at the first attempt in 2019.
