Involvement points
Points aren't just for goals and assists. Players also score for what they do all over the pitch, so a busy defender, or a winger who keeps creating chances, scores well even without getting on the scoresheet.
Attacking actions, +1 point for every 4:
- Shots on target
- Key passes (chances created)
- Successful crosses
- Successful dribbles
Defensive actions, +1 point for every 10:
- Tackles won
- Interceptions
- Clearances
- Blocks
- Recoveries
Bonus points
The three best performers in each match earn extra points on top: 3, 2 and 1, in accordance to Opta rating, with all bonus points confirmed by the following day after the final match in the gameweek is complete.
Using your Boosters
Boosters are one-off chips you can play to enhance your score at key moments in the season. Each Booster can only be used once, unless stated otherwise, so save them for the week they'll have the biggest impact.
Wildcard
Your Wildcard lets you make unlimited free transfers to your squad, allowing you to rebuild as much of your squad as you like without losing any points. Once played, this will be your squad for upcoming gameweeks (with transfers then allowed for gameweeks that follow).
Free Hit
Much like a Wildcard, a Free Hit allows you to make unlimited transfers for one gameweek. Once that gameweek is complete, your team will revert back to what it was the gameweek before.
Worth noting, when you use a booster, any free transfers will not accumulate.
