The club is delighted to confirm the permanent signing of Georgia Hunter from Scottish Women’s Premier League champions Hearts.
Georgia, who joins the Blues on a two-year deal, spent the past 12 seasons with the Jambos and captained the side to a first league title in the club’s history last term.
The central defender first joined the Hearts Academy at the age of 12, progressing through the youth system before making her senior debut in 2016.
During her time at Tynecastle Georgia achieved promotion up to the SWPL in 2019 and captained the side to the league title last term, amassing close to 300 appearances for the club.
Georgia also played international football for Scotland U23s.
She said: “My time at Hearts has allowed me to experience what it takes to win and I have definitely improved across my time there.
“The ambition this club has got is very positive and the progression the team showed last season shows the direction it’s heading in.
“I’m really looking forward to my first campaign in WSL2 and now can’t wait to get out on the pitch.”

"Having been a title-winning captain in Scotland she’ll have a great deal of experience to draw upon, and that’ll also benefit the squad during different points of the season ahead.”
